We love Flatter. Here at Sue Spargo, you'll find a bottle of Flatter everywhere you turn. This ironing and smoothing spray is flat out fabulous. It's a must-have in the sewing studio. You'll never go back to steam once you've been spoiled by Flatter.

Why We LOVE It
This starch-free smoothing spray relaxes wrinkles and freshens fabric. It hands-down makes ironing easier. It protects fabric to reduce and resist wrinkles. The fragrances are fresh and clean for enjoyable ironing, it's easy on sensitive skin, and it's plant-derived and biodegradable!

The Fragrances

Lacey
Lacey combines spring blossoms with sweet bergamot creating a light, yet alluring fragrance.

Celebration
Inspired by the essence of red tea. Sweet, delicate and absolutely delicious, this perennial favorite smells like good, clean fun.

Pineapple Grove
Be a pineapple. Stand tall, wearing a lily filled crown, and always be sweet on the inside.

Wild Mint
For the wanderers and adventurers. Take a walk on the wild side with spicy geranium and a hint of mint and citrus.

Yuzu
Clean with a peel. Pucker up and give your pressing some love with a kiss of tart citrus + crushed eucalyptus.

Fig
Fresh-picked clean. Fig is ripened with sweet fig and lychee and crowned by dandelions.

Scentless
For your sensitive side. Scentless keeps your laundry wrinkle and fragrance-free.

Uses
Use steam or a dry iron at the recommended fabric settings. Spray the entire garment evenly. Repeat as needed for the desired stiffness. Use to freshen fabrics between washings, or spray to reduce and help resist wrinkles.

  • Flatter is perfect to prepare fabric for quilting or sewing.
  • Spray Flatter on your fabric right after pre-washing it (with Soak) so it’s ready to be ironed.
  • Use Flatter when you travel as an easy wrinkle release.
  • Flatter is great for finger pressing small quilting blocks. You don’t even need to go to your iron.

Perfect Edges
Flatter can be instrumental in making perfect circlesovalsstems & leaves with cotton fabric.

Once your fabric has been folded around a template, use the Fabric Folding Pen filled with Flatter to get a super crisp fold around the edge.
