These exceptional wools are hand dyed with with Cochineal in our Ohio studio. The soft pink - purple tones are made from Cochineal insects found on Opuntia cacti. Cochineal has been used throughout history to naturally dye textiles and other goods as far back as the 2nd century B.C. Quantities are very limited, get yours before they're gone!
