Plant Dyed Yarn By Mehlsen is hand-dyed with plants gathered from around the western part of Jutland, Denmark by the dyer, Mette Mehlsen. Mette uses wool from both white and grey sheep and organic herbal dyes from walnuts, tansy, cochineal, indigo, madder, and other herbal dyes to create an incredible palette.
