Celebrate the beautiful pigments that nature has to offer us with this delicious naturally dyed bundle! Each bundle includes ten cuts of wools, hand dyed with with Cochineal in our Ohio studio. The soft pink - purple tones are made from Cochineal insects found on Opuntia cacti. Cochineal has been used throughout history to naturally dye textiles and other goods as far back as the 2nd century B.C. Quantities are very limited, get yours before they're gone!
All sizing is approximate, as each piece of wool felts differently: Fat 1/16 - 8" x 12.5" Fat 1/8 - 12.5" x 16" Fat 1/4 - 25" x 16"
Handling:
The cutting edge is sharp, handle with care
If scissors get wet, wipe them off to prevent rust. Wipe the blade with oil after use to prevent rust as well.
Do not forcibly cut hard objects, these shears are intended for use with thread and fabric.
Lacquer may discolor if stored in high temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight.
