I think these birds in the last few shots are my favorite bird shapes – they're so lyrical and they throw the flow along their backs. My hands want to make them. My schedule tells me – fat chance. I wish I could do these things from horseback, or while writing, or in the cracks while I'm waiting for Photoshop to save a PNG for me. Grrrr. LIfe is too short.

    Hello Sue,

How very fortunate you are to have the opportunity to teach in Alaska, Such a beautiful pristine land. Your student did very well with their projects. I am awe of the 8Foot Delphiniums. Never seen any thing like them. I am luck mine grow 12 inches. LOL

Thanks for also sharing all those gorgeous scenic photos of Alaska. I was a bush nurse in the interior of Alaska and they brought back such wonderful memories. I left a wee part of my heart in Alaska.

I have admired your artistic work for a long time. Hugs Judy
