Flora Quilt Kit, Preorder

Inspired by Sue’s garden and the captivating botanical prints of early botanists, Flora celebrates the beauty and wonder of the natural world. Nine common herbs, treasured throughout history for their medicinal qualities and culinary uses, come to life through thoughtfully layered wool appliqué and richly textured embroidery.

Each botanical study offers an opportunity to explore color, texture, and stitch while capturing the intricate character of these familiar plants. The result is a beautifully detailed quilt that brings Sue’s distinctive interpretation of the botanical world to life.

Finished Quilt Size: 37" x 46"

Includes: Hand dyed wools for backgrounds, borders and appliqué, cotton fabrics for appliqué and layering, hand dyed velvet, cotton backing, binding, hexagons papers, Presto Sheer, and a label. (Comparable substitutions for out of print fabrics and wool textures will be made).
