Peony Bloom Kit or Pattern with Antiqued Tin Size: 11” tall This is a new pattern from one of my classes at Primitives of the Midwest. The three dimensional Peony bloom was inspired from my garden and is made from three different red wools and wired cotton and wool petals. It sits on a handmade tin base and is topped with a velvet bird sitting on a black handmade roving ball. The bird is embellished with tin wings, bead eyes and holds roving balls and buttons from his beak. The flower is embellished with black beads, buttons and a hand inked label. Kit includes hand dyed wool, velvet and roving. Tin base, wings and wire for the petals, and buttons and beads for the embellishments. Good Wives Pineapple Pin Keeper ~ as seen in the new Quilt Sampler Magazine! Size:  14” tall This pin keeper was designed especially for a class I taught at Good Wives in Marion, Ohio. It is made of a combination of hand dyed wool and cotton fabrics and embellished with my favorite beads. It is completed with a hand stamped label. Simply Delicious Size: 10” x 8” This rectangular pin keeper is made from hand dyed wool and a fun cotton fabric. It is accented with wool appliqué, Stitchery and couching. It is also embellished with a Japanese blueberry bead and a three dimensional bird. I filled mine with lavender and sawdust and finished it with a hand stamped label. Star Pin Keeper Size: 13 x 7 This rectangular pin keeper is made from 3 cream hand dyed wools and accented with wool appliqué. The flowers and leaves are embellished with beads and the vase with a piece of ribbon. I filled mine with lavender and sawdust and finished it with a hand stamped label. Acorn Pin Keeper Size: 9 ½” x 6 ½” This fun shaped pin keeper is made from hand dyed wool and shadowed with a pinked black wool accent. It is embellished with a burnt orange velvet acorn finished with antiqued tin oak leaves and shell buttons. The backing is an old upholstery fabric.
